- I came up with my blog name because I wanted a unique name. I kept researching blog names, and originally my blog was supposed to be a place where I can jot down my thoughts... so then 'Thoughts of a Mommy' was born.

I am a resident of Orange County, having moved into the trendy part of California 2 years ago. I have been a devoted blogger for more than 2 years sharing a variety of stories from my life as a Latina Mom. My husband of 13 years, my 3 “Mexipinitos” (yup, they’re Mexican and Filipino) and I have enjoyed their move to the OC. Growing up Latina has been central to the inspiration of my blog posts.
Through sincerity and sometimes humor, I capture the true essence of being Latina. If not at the market, scout meetings or shuttling the kids around the OC, I can be found behind my beloved Laptop blogging away on my blogs Thoughts of a Mommy and the first and only Spanish language blog about the Disneyland resort in Ca, Disneylandia al Día.
