Mix cookies and 1/4 cup melted butter together. Line the base of a springform pan or a pastry ring with foil; line sides with wax paper. Press cookie mixture lightly unto bottom to form a crust; refrigerate.
Beat cream cheese until creamy; beat in sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, one can media crema, grated Abuelita chocolate and 1/2 cup mixture of dissolved gelatin. Pour filling over crust; refrigerate until firm.
Mix together Abuelita granulated chocolate, 2 tablespoons melted butter, remaining can of media crema and 1/4 cup mixture of dissolved gelatin; pour over cheesecake and refrigerate. Decorate with berries and mint before serving.
