I love smoothies & I'm always looking for new ways to come up with new smoothies, now I have this one to my collection, Oh & It is Good tasting, great for diets, or in between meals.

If you like apricots, then is a must to try.
This is great and really hits the spot. I used fat-free canned milk, and sweetner. This is a great pick me up, healthly, and great on any diet.
