Bacon pairs great with asparagus and makes this a perfect finger-food with a creamy, spicy chipotle cheese sauce. Perfect for entertaining!
Original reipce makes 2 dozen Change Servings
LINE a large baking sheet with foil.
WRAP bacon strip around each asparagus and place on prepared baking sheet.
PLACE baking sheet in the oven and set at 400° F. Do not preheat oven.
BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
SERVE immediately with dipping sauce.
CHIPOTLE DIPPING SAUCE
½ cup shredded Oaxaca cheese
¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoon canned adobo sauce
COMBINE cheese, evaporated milk and adobo sauce in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and mixture is fully combined.
COOK’S TIP: For a spicier sauce, include one seeded and diced chipotle in adobo sauce.
