  • Baked apple chips, much like the ones you buy in the store, are quite easy to make from scratch. And they hold for up to a week so these are perfect to pack in lunches. Dipping in dulce de leche makes them extra delicious.

Make It

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200° F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
Thinly slice apples into 1/8-inch-thick slices. Place on prepared baking sheets in a single layer. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
Step 3
Bake for 1 hour. Flip each apple slice over and continue baking for 1 additional hour. Turn oven off and allow apple slices to cool in oven for 1 hour.
Step 4
Serve apple chips with dulce de leche for dipping. Store leftover chips at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
