Blackberry Hibiscus Fizz

Directions

SOAK hibiscus flowers for 2 hours in water.

DIVIDE blackberries and ice between two large serving glasses.

POUR sparkling water in serving glasses to 3/4 full. Stir in 1 teaspoon honey and 1/4 cup hibiscus water in each glass.

GARNISH with soaked hibiscus flowers.
