Blueberries and cantaloupe are perfect for a summer salad. Seasoned with lime, orange and mint, this salad is perfect for a casual gathering.
Original reipce makes 2 dozen Change Servings
WHISK together oil, lime juice, orange juice, lime peel, orange peel, salt, pepper and anise seeds in a medium bowl. Add pepper to taste.
ADD blueberries, fennel and mint to the bowl and gently toss to coat.
OVERLAP melon slices on a serving tray. Spoon the blueberry mixture down the center of the melon slices.
