Blueberry Margarita

PLACE ice, tequila and lime juice in a blender.

PLACE Outshine bars in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) power for 30 seconds just so the stick can be removed. Discard stick.

ADD bars to blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

COOK’S TIP: Create a salt-rimmed glass! Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a margarita glass and then dip the glass into a plate of coarse salt.
