- ●6 large hard-cooked eggs, peeled
- ●¼ cup light mayonnaise
- ●1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ●1 teaspoon finely chopped cilantro
- ●¼ to ½ teaspoon chipotle chile sauce or any hot chile sauce
- ●¼ teaspoon Maggi® Seasoning Sauce
- ●1/8 teaspoon salt
- ●Small cilantro leaves
Make It
Step 1
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove egg yolks and place in a medium bowl; place egg whites on serving plate.
Step 2
Mash yolks with a fork or electric mixer. Add mayonnaise, mustard, chopped cilantro, chile sauce, seasoning sauce and salt; stir to combine.
Step 3
Spoon egg yolk mixture into small, resealable plastic bag. Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze to pipe filling into egg whites. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
