PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Spray 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

SPRINKLE 1 tablespoon Abuelita chocolate evenly on the bottom of prepared pan.

PLACE remaining Abuelita chocolate in a large shallow bowl.

CUT each biscuit into four pieces and form into balls. Add biscuit balls in batches to bowl of Abuelita chocolate, tossing to coat. Fold in orange marmalade in dollops. Stir gently to mix.

PLACE biscuit pieces in loaf pan. Sprinkle with any remaining Abuelita chocolate.

STIR together butter, orange juice and vanilla extract in small bowl. Pour over biscuit balls.

BAKE for 45 to 50 minutes or until center is completely cooked and top is golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes. Run a knife around edges of pan and invert onto a serving plate. Let pan stand inverted for 2 minutes for glaze to run. Remove pan; cool for 5 minutes. Slice or spoon out and serve. Garnish with grated orange peel.
