Step 1

Place evaporated milk, vanilla extract, pan dulce, Abuelita Chocolate and water in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking, for 10 minutes.
