POUR water and rice into a large saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil gently for 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

REDUCE heat to medium-low; stir in evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, raisins and coffee granules.

Step 3 of 4

COOK, stirring frequently, for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from heat; allow to cool.

SERVE with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
