Original reipce makes 2 dozen Change Servings
PLACE sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk (reserve 3 tablespoons) and vanilla extract in medium saucepan. Boil over medium heat.
DISSOLVE cornstarch in 3 tablespoons reserved evaporated milk in small bowl. Add to boiling milk mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, for 8 to 10 minutes.
REMOVE from heat; quickly stir in media crema.
PLACE 9 graham cracker squares in 8-inch-square baking dish or pan.
TOP with 1 cup cream mixture.
REPEAT layers 2 times ending with a layer of cream mixture. Refrigerate for 5 hours or until desired consistency.
REMOVE lid from coconut milk can. Using a spoon, carefully remove the layer of thick coconut cream that has risen to the top of the can and place in a large mixer bowl. (Do not use the coconut water that has settled to the bottom of the can.)
BEAT coconut cream on medium speed for about 4 minutes or until soft peaks form. Beat in sugar.
SPREAD over top of dessert.
GARNISH with grated coconut and chocolate eggs.
