ADD oil to large skillet to about halfway up the side. Heat over medium-low to 335-340° F.

PLACE won ton wrappers on a cutting board. Cut cream cheese into ½-inch cubes and place in center of won ton wrappers. Place about 1 teaspoon guava paste onto each won ton wrapper. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon Abuelita chocolate over guava paste.

WET edges of won ton wrapper with water using your finger. Crimp into triangle shape and make sure edges are sealed.

FRY 4 won tons at a time for 90 seconds, then flip and cook for 90 seconds on the other side until lightly golden brown (won tons will continue to brown once removed from oil). Remove from skillet; place on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar. Place 2 won tons on a plate with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. Drizzle with NESTLÉ ABUELITA Chocolate Syrup, if desired. Enjoy!
