This easy to make Light Rice Pudding is prepared with cinnamon, fat free and low sugar ingredients that make it a tasty choice for those watching their weight.
Original reipce makes 2 dozen Change Servings
HEAT milk and cinnamon sticks in large saucepan over medium-high heat until it reaches a boil; remove cinnamon sticks. Reduce heat to medium-low; add rice. Cook, stirring frequently, for 15 to 20 minutes. Add La Lechera; cook, stirring frequently, for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender and sauce is thickened. Spoon into individual cups. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and ground cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
