Dominican Rice Pudding
Dominican rice pudding gets its heavenly flavor from all the spices. This version is scented with cinnamon, cloves and anise and made extra sweet with the addition of raisins.

Directions

PLACE saucepan over medium heat; add remaining 4 cups water and salt. Boil for 2 minutes. Discard cinnamon sticks, cloves and star anise.
REDUCE heat to low; add evaporated milk, sugar and raisins. Cook for about 10 minutes or until mixture thickens. Remove from heat.

SERVE garnished with ground nutmeg and cinnamon sticks.
