Easter Egg Gelatins

Use La Lechera sweetened condensed milk to make vibrant, colorful layers in this recipe for Easter Egg Gelatins.

SPRAY the egg-shaped molds with nonstick cooking spray and close tightly.

BOIL 2/3 cup water in a small saucepan. Remove from heat; add strawberry flavored gelatin and stir until dissolved. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.

ADD 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk; whisk into gelatin until dissolved.

POUR gelatin evenly (about 1 ½ tablespoons) among each mold; refrigerate for 15 minutes.

REPEAT process with 1 box of mango flavored gelatin. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

REPEAT process with second box of mango flavored gelatin. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

REPEAT process with raspberry flavored gelatin.

REFRIGERATE for at least 3 hours to fully set the gelatin.

REMOVE from the molds by gently running warm water on one side of the mold (opposite the hole where you poured the gelatin in) for about 10 to 15 seconds, carefully open the mold and remove eggs.

Cook’s Tip: Try substituting any variety of colors and flavors of gelatin.
