These eggless chocolate donuts are an ideal dessert to celebrate Easter. Aside from being very easy to prepare they are also delicious – a true treat for chocolate lovers.

PREHEAT oven to 320° F. Spray donut baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
COMBINE flour, sugar, Nesquik, cocoa powder and baking powder in a large mixer bowl. Combine milk, yogurt, oil and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
ADD milk mixture to flour mixture. Mix just until combined. Do not overmix.
SPOON batter into prepared baking pan, filling each one a little more than 3/4 full. You may have to bake 2 or 3 batches depending on size of pan and/or how many pans you use.
BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes (may need to bake a few minutes longer if using cast iron pan) or until a wooden pick inserted in donut comes out clean. Let cool in pan. When completely cooled, dip donuts halfway into hot chocolate glaze or spoon glaze over donuts. Place on a wire rack; sprinkle with sprinkles.
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1/4 cup lowfat 2% milk
1 tablespoon corn syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2/3 cup (4 ounces) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
PLACE butter, milk, corn syrup and vanilla extract in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. At first boil, remove from heat and add chocolate; mix until completely melted. Add powdered sugar; mix vigorously until smooth.
