Not that great. It could have been my fault. I added raspberries and they made the salad somewhat mushy.

This recipe had a very good flavor. The mint was delicious and i added more than called for. But, the fruit was a little mushy. I would make this again with a more firm fruit.

I MAKE THE FRUIT SALAD FOR MY HUSBAND AND HE ENJOYED THE SALAD IT WAS SOMTHING DIFFERENT I COULD FIND THE WILD BERRY KERNS ALL NECTAR SO I USE THE ALL NECTAR IN THE CAN AND THIS WAS STILL GREAT!!!!!!!!

This is a great snack in the evening instead of reaching for the gallon of icecream. I added nuts to mine. Goes very well with granola and yogurt also.

This recipe was wonderful. My kids love it! As I always say- A good meal is Nutricious and Delicious. Great mid-day snack or for a healthy lunch.

Here in my lovely Island of PR the weather is hot, specially in summer, and this recipe is perfect for people that thosen't want to eat heavy dinner in the evenings.
