RALLA la cascara de 1 naranja y poner a un lado. Corta la cascara y la parte blanca de las naranjas y las toronjas. Corta las naranjas y las toronjas en cuartos y luego cortar transversalmente en trozos de ½ pulgada de espesor.

COMBINA las naranjas, toronjas y pina en un tazón y mueve suavemente.

COMBINA el yogur, paleta de Outshine y Coffee-mate en un tazón grande hasta que estén bien mezclados. Suavemente incorpora esto con la fruta y el coco. Servir inmediatamente.
