Caesar salad is traditionally made with romaine lettuce, but this version uses delicious, healthy kale. With very little prep time needed, this recipe is ready in about 10 minutes.

WHISK together water, mayonnaise, lemon juice, anchovy paste, garlic and pepper in large bowl. Whisk in cheese and Coffee-mate. Add kale; toss to coat. Top with croutons and additional cheese, if desired.
