  • 3 tablespoons sugar or sweetener of choice

  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 pack little gen, romaine or butter lettuce

  • 3 cups cooked short grain rice

  • 1 pack (8 ounces) SWEET EARTH Enlightened Foods Korean-Style BBQ Chik'n™ Marinated Plant-Based Shreds

  • Vegan kimchi (as needed)

Make It

Step 1

For Dipping Sauce: Combine all dipping sauce ingredients; set aside.

Step 2

For Wraps: Wash and trim lettuce.

Step 3

Fill lettuce cups with cooked rice and Korean BBQ Chik’n. Serve with dipping sauce and kimchi on the side.

Step 4

Serve with sliced radishes, toasted sesame seeds, and scallions.
