Original reipce makes 2 dozen Change Servings
MIX sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in Almond Milk and water.
PLACE pie shell on baking sheet. Pour mixture into pie shell.
BAKE in preheated 425° F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° F; bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until fork inserted near center (about 2 inches) comes out almost clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Best if served within 2 days.
TIPS: Pie cuts easier if refrigerated. Would recommend baking early in morning, allow baked pie to cool at room temp, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. This is a softer set pie than standard pie made with evaporated milk.
