Coquito is a traditional Puerto Rican holiday beverage. This lighter version is perfect for the holidays when we tend to overindulge yet the flavor is still rich and delicious.
Original reipce makes 2 dozen Change Servings
PLACE coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, rum, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
REFRIGERATE for 1 hour or until cold. Stir before serving.
Helpful tip: This Lighter Coquito makes plenty to share and enjoy with family and friends.
