HEAT LEAN CUISINE® Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes according to package instructions.
STIR horseradish into mashed potatoes.
PLACE meatloaf in center of tortilla and top with horseradish mashed potatoes. Set aside the gravy to use for dipping the quesadilla.
TOP meatloaf with shredded cheese.
FOLD corners of tortilla around meatloaf; place ¼ teaspoon of mashed potatoes on tortilla to seal.
SPRAY pre-heated small non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Place quesadilla in hot pan. Brown on both sides until crispy.
SERVE with the sauce for dipping.
