- ●1 can (13.4 ounces) NESTLÉ LA LECHERA Dulce de Leche
- ●1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- ●1/4 cup dried cranberries
- ●32 saltine crackers
Line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap allowing ends of plastic to hang over sides.
Place dulce de leche in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute or until soft.
Combine nuts and cranberries in a small bowl. Layer 8 crackers in bottom of pan. Dollop a slightly rounded teaspoon dulce de leche on each cracker. Sprinkle layer with 2 tablespoons of nut/cranberry mixture. Place 8 more crackers over top of dulce de leche and walnuts and press down to spread filling between crackers. Repeat this one more time. Add remaining 8 crackers on top making 4 layers of crackers with filling in between the layers. Spread remaining dulce de leche over top layer of crackers; sprinkle with remaining nut/cranberry mixture.
Fold plastic wrap over top and refrigerate overnight to soften crackers. Cut into 16 pieces.
