Kids love mini pancakes, but these mini cinnamon-hazelnut pancakes are so delicious, even adults will love them! Make them into cinnamon crusted pancakes for an extra tasty treat.

Original reipce makes 2 dozen Change Servings
MIX together flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and baking soda in medium bowl.
BEAT together buttermilk, Coffee-mate, egg and butter in small bowl; add to flour mixture and stir until combined.
SPRAY griddle or large skillet with nonstick spray or brush with oil or butter. Heat over medium heat.
SPOON 1 tablespoon batter onto griddle.
COOK for about 2 minutes or until bubbles start to appear on top.
FLIP over and cook an additional minute or until golden.
IF DESIRED, serve pancakes on skewers along with maple syrup and sliced fruit.
TIP: Make Cinnamon-Crusted Pancakes! Once pancakes are cooked, brush tops with a little melted butter, then dust with cinnamon sugar. Place on heated griddle, cinnamon sugar-side down for 45 seconds or the sugar starts to caramelize and melt.
