Step 1
Combine milk, Abuelita, coffee granules, cinnamon, orange peel, and sugar in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until chocolate, coffee, and sugar dissolve and mixture comes to a simmer. Cover; set aside to steep 5 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in tequila. (Optional)
Step 3
Strain into mugs.
Step 4
Top with whipped cream and additional cinnamon sticks and orange peel.
Step 5
Enjoy Abuelita Coffee with or without tequila (you can always let your guests add their own).
