PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
MIX apples, lemon juice and sugar in a large bowl. Set aside.
COMBINE oats, almond meal, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, egg, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium bowl until fully mixed.
POUR apples into prepared baking dish. Spoon oat mixture over apples.
BAKE for 30 to 35 minutes or until top is golden. Serve warm or at room temperature.
