Like a cross between a chocolate chip cookie and a coconut macaroon, these chewy treats will be a hit with the whole family. Hints of orange, cinnamon, and crunchy raw cocoa nibs make them extra special.

PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

WHISK together sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Add ground coconut, coconut flakes, cocoa nibs, orange peel, cinnamon and salt; stir well to combine.

SCOOP batter using small cookie scoop or tablespoon onto prepared baking sheet, about 1 ½ inches apart.

BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until cookies are slightly toasted around the edges and on top.

REMOVE cookies to a wire rack; let cool completely before serving.
