Broccolini, or baby broccoli, is actually a cross between broccoli and Chinese kale. This version is delicious sauteed in a pan and seasoned with garlic, red pepper and lemon.
Original reipce makes 2 dozen Change Servings
HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and crushed red pepper flakes; cook, stirring frequently, for 30 seconds. Add broccolini; cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low.
ADD water and bouillon; cover. Cook for 6 minutes or until tender.
STIR in lemon juice and lemon peel; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
