PREPARE pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. While pasta is cooking, proceed with recipe.
PLACE peaches with fruit juice, evaporated milk, chile, garlic, lime juice and bouillon in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
HEAT oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add sauce; cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until sauce begins to boil.
REDUCE heat to low; stir in flour. Continue stirring for about 10 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.
ADD pasta to sauce; carefully fold in to combine. Add chicken; garnish with basil.
