- ●1 1/2 cups grated carrots
- ●1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- ●1/8 cup PERRIER® Lime Flavored Carbonated Mineral Water
- ●1 cup granulated sugar
- ●1 3/4 cups water
- ●1 teaspoon lemon juice
Make It
Step 1
Prepare the carrot cordial the day before: Mix carrots, sugar, water and lemon juice in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight; strain, saving the liquid. Discard the carrots.
Step 2
In a shaker, combine gin, carrot juice and PERRIER®. Add white wine vinegar.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a glass and enjoy!
