This quick and easy Pumpkin Mousse will become a family favorite. Use ground cinnamon for garnish.
Original reipce makes 2 dozen Change Servings
COMBINE pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk and 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon in a large bowl; set aside.
WHIP cream in small mixer bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream gently into pumpkin mixture. Spoon or pipe mousse into 6 individual glasses; refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Garnish with additional ground cinnamon; serve immediately.
