We recently made this using Creme Brulee flavored creamer, homemade vanilla extract and skipped the cinnamon stick. It was great! We later made it again using a chocolate raspberry creamer and skipped the spices completely - and that was great also.
I made this drink with the Gingerbread creamer and it was oh so yummy! The cinnamon really brought out the flavors in the creamer! Good stuff!
I love this recipe! It is a really great way to dress up your coffee. The nutmeg was really good too!

I was actually a little bit surprised how great this Holiday Au Lait tastes. First I thought I'll just make something a little different from the usual, but it turned out that this is something very special and tasty. Easy to prepare and great to offer to guests.
Loved this drink! I had to heat it up again though after everything was added but was very delightful! If you want it a little sweeter add a little bit of sugar! Great for the Thanksgiving holiday!
