Este Champurrado Rápido Abuelita es un atole a base de chocolate, una bebida mejicana espesa y calientita, que lleva sémola de trigo, leche y como toque opcional puedes agregar clavos o anís. Es una bebida relajante y acogedora que definitivamente disfrutarás.

Directions

PLACE masa flour and hot water in medium saucepan; mix until smooth. Add milk and Abuelita chocolate. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, stirring constantly, for 1 to 3 minutes or until thickened to desired consistency. Serve immediately.

SUGGESTIONS: Anise and/or cloves can also be added to mixture if desired and then removed before serving. The mixture can be strained through a fine sieve before serving if a smoother Champurrado is desired.
