Cinnamon, apples and raisins combine for a sweet and rich bread pudding. It's a great use for leftover bread and a cozy alternative for dessert.

Tried this recipe with gluten free bread and brought it to my celiac support group meeting. I came home with an empty dish and a promise to make it again. Even with gluten free bread this recipe is a winner.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL - Bread pudding is one of my husband's favorite desserts. He enjoys anything with raisins and/or nuts. I will make it again...and again....

Saw the recipe and had to try it. My mom used to make similar to this but with almonds and other nuts. So went ahead made with the additions for a family brunch and everyone raved about it. This will be a new addition to the brunches in the future.
