Original reipce makes 2 dozen Change Servings
PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Spray 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
WHISK together milk, Coffee-mate natural bliss Creamer, eggs, butter, sugar, almond extract and cinnamon in a large bowl.
FOLD in bread cubes and raspberries.
DIVIDE mixture in prepared muffin cups.
BAKE for 15 minutes. Remove from oven; top each bread pudding cup evenly with morsels.
BAKE for an additional 15 minutes or until tops begin to brown. Let cool completely in pan.
