Heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat in a pot; add the rice and cook, stirring frequently, until golden. Add the water; reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender. Stir in the MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce, vegetables and scrambled eggs. Set aside covered.
Combine bouillon, garlic powder and onion powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over shrimp and chicken. Heat a skillet over low heat; add 1/2 tablespoon oil. Add shrimp; cover and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Set aside.
Add remaining 1/2 teaspoon oil to skillet; add chicken. Cover and cook for 8 minutes on each side. Cut into small pieces. Place the rice mixture in a bowl and top with shrimp and chicken.
