Ingredients

Step 1

Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.

Step 2

Whisk together buttermilk, Coffee mate Original Flavor Liquid, vanilla extract, eggs and butter in a separate large bowl. Add liquid mixture to flour mixture. Whisk until mixed well. Do not over beat.

Step 3

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour 1/3 cup batter in skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes or until bottom of pancake is lightly browned. Flip to cook the other side until lightly brown. Stack on a large plate. Repeat with remaining batter.

Step 4

Place 1-2 pancakes on a large serving plate. Arrange strawberries and raspberries in a triangle shape resembling a Santa hat. Arrange halved banana slices on pancake sides, resembling ears. Use blueberries as eyes and a raspberry as a nose. When all fruit has been arranged, spray a small amount the size of a quarter on top of the “hat” to resemble a pom-pom. Follow with a hat brim, sideburns and beard. Repeat with remaining pancakes and decorations.
