COMBINE water and Nido in a large container; stir until dissolved.

ADD Nesquik; stir until dissolved.

DIVIDE mixture between four mason jars. Add 1 ½ tablespoons chia seeds to each jar; stir. Cover; refrigerate overnight.

STIR, breaking up chia clumps until evenly distributed. Top each with 1 tablespoon crumbled graham crackers and 1 toasted marshmallow. Can be served cold, warm or at room temperature.
