PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

MIX spinach soufflé, egg, breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined.
Step 3 of 5
FORM tablespoon-sized balls using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon. Place on prepared baking sheet.
BAKE for 20 minutes. Serve with dipping sauce on the side.

¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

MIX tomato sauce, paprika and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until fully combined.
