PREHEAT oven to 325° F.

PLACE evaporated milk, cream cheese, egg, sugar, flour and lemon peel in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into crust.

BAKE for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Arrange strawberries on top of pie; drizzle with jelly. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

This is simple to make and delicious!

I find this recipe to be quick and easy. Love using the blender!! I used reduced fat cream cheese and 2% evap milk since my store didn't have fat free. I added 1/2 tsp of vanilla. My family loved it!!

The picture attracted me to this recipe. It took me a little work to find fresh strawberries, but the rest of this recipe was easy to follow and easy to make. The end result was absolutely delicious.

This a perfect sweet treat! I love cheesecake and this a great recipe!

The jam/jelly glaze almost makes it too sweet. That may be okay for some, but it seems to take away from the light, summery idea. Maybe coating the strawberries with a light lemon juice/sugar solution would solve that issue. Easy to make.

Excellent recipe. Easy to make and delicious. Plus it has the added advantages of strawberries which are very good for you. Put this recipe high on your list.
