Step 1
Place all ingredients into a blender; cover. Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds; scrape sides down and blend on high until smooth.
Step 2
Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours to set. Enjoy! (Great with strawberry, pineapple and orange fruit skewers)
