PREHEAT oven to 375° F.
BAKE Macaroni & Cheese according to package directions for 40 minutes or until casserole is just thawed and can be easily stirred. While macaroni is baking, proceed with recipe.
COOK ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Add taco seasoning and water; stir to combine. Continue cooking until sauce is thickened and slightly reduced. Place Macaroni & Cheese into a 3-quart casserole dish. Gently fold in beef mixture.
BAKE for an additional 35 minutes or until casserole is fully heated and bubbly. Garnish with lettuce, green onions and tomatoes.
