PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease baking sheet with olive oil spray. Set aside.

CARVE out a tree shape from a tortilla using a paring knife. Using Halloween cookie cutters, cut out bats, ghosts, coffins and headstones from tortillas. Arrange cut-out shapes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.

COMBINE pumpkin and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Spread into 8-inch-square baking dish.

COMBINE H-E-B THAT GREEN SAUCE, sour cream and garlic salt in small bowl. Spread over pumpkin mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

SLICE 3 olives in half, then slice each half into 4 pieces, resembling spider legs. Use remaining whole olives as the spider’s body.

ARRANGE baked chips on dip resembling a graveyard, decorate with tomato, romaine lettuce and olive spiders.
