PREPARE pasta in large saucepan according to package directions; drain and set aside.

MELT butter in same saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat; whisk in evaporated milk, eggs, mustard, salt and hot pepper sauce. Return pasta to saucepan; stir in cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is creamy and thickened. Serve immediately.

nice and easy and creamy

My laziness finally paid off! I usually cook with whole milk and didn't have any and didn't feel like going out to the store to get some. Then I remembered I had some carnation evap milk and found this website and wow! I made this for lunch and it was sooooo good!! Rich and creamy and delicious! And, very easy to prepare. I will definately make this again. I think even my grandson will perfer it over that boxed "orange" kind! Thank you Carnation!! I will be buying lots more evap milk!

Creamy, rich, and sooooo good! Very easy to make. Everyone will LOVE this delicious meal.

This was super easy to make and it was really good. The only thing is the dry mustard. I think next time I make it, I will use less.

This dish has a surprising richness not normally found in the usual "mac & cheese" recipes; it's definitely a keeper!
