COMBINE coffee and 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk in a medium bowl.

FILL each pop mold three-fourths to the fill-line with coffee mixture. Freeze without sticks, for 30 to 60 minutes or until mixture is slushy. Remove from freezer.

COMBINE remaining sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract and salt in a small bowl.

POUR cream mixture over coffee mixture to the fill-line in each mold. Place sticks in each mold. Freeze overnight or until completely frozen.
