Makes 10 servings
  • Everyone loves an ice pop on a hot summer day – and this refreshing treat just got a whole lot sweeter. With a combination of cream, milk and a dash of instant coffee, these pops are a *literally* cool take on the whipped coffee trend.
Key Ingredients
A jar of Nescafé Clásico Dark Roast with a black cap, brown label and red coffee mug.
Dark Roast Instant Coffee
7 oz. Jar

Make It

Step 1
Combine cream and sweetened condensed milk.
Step 2
Combine 1 cup cold water, coffee mixture, and 1 1/2 cups cream mixture. Add to 10 ice pop molds, filling about 3/4 full. Add sticks and freeze until firm.
Step 3
Add remaining 1 tablespoon cold water to remaining cream mixture. Add to ice pop molds and freeze until firm.

Recipe Notes

If you prefer, combine all the ingredients and skip the last step. The pops won’t be layered, but they’ll be ready sooner.
