PLACE fruit, evaporated milk and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Taste; add sugar if needed.

* NOTE: 3 cups cut-up frozen, unsweetened fruit or canned fruit can be substituted for fresh fruit. If using frozen fruit, thaw slightly and cut into smaller pieces. Crushed ice may not be needed. For canned fruit, drain and reserve juice or syrup. Substitute juice or syrup for sugar, if needed.

This is such a wonderful tropical drink. It can be used for cocktails by adding a little rum or tequila. Nice and refreshing for hot summer nights.


Very tasty. Our son enjoyed it alot.We also liked it. Quick, simple and hey, healthy all in one. cant go wrong there. :o)


Fruit smoothies are yummy and delicious any time of the year, not just summertime.


Everyone enjoys this so much! Hint: I always keep 2 or 3 cans of Carnation Evaporated Milk (and Sweetened Condensed Milk) in the frig. (as well as the pantry) for chilled recipes. One can also chill the canned fruit. Chill the serving glasses too, about 1/2 hour. Works great for our hot, sunny days!


This recipe is so good. Even my daughter love it. It is great to have it after you work out or before you work out. It was so easy and fast to make. Something to make at the last minute when you are in a hurry. It is the best to make for the whole family and the best way to get healty and fit.
